Autumn Bliss Fizz Cocktail

Signature cocktails add a unique spin to any occasion and for our parties we like to have fun with themes as we create them. While we originally made this for Thanksgiving, the Autumn Bliss Fizz cocktail works its magic both autumn and winter, and even better it is so simple with only 3 main ingredients: Apple Cider, Falernum and Prosecco.

Plan ahead to find the unique flavor of Falernum, which is a liqueur or a nonalcoholic syrup from the Caribbean. While unique. it isn’t difficult to find either online or at beverage shops. Falernum contains the flavors of ginger, lime, and almond, and frequently cloves or allspice. Combined with apple cider what is typically used for tropical drinks is transformed into a fall favorite. This cocktail is surprisingly refreshing, and not too boozy for those who want a lighter drink.

Tried and true. Its a fabulous cocktail. But I’m pretty sure it was made as a “go-er” for the Arts Festival in Philly before enjoying it as a signature drink for Thanksgiving. Go Birds.

    • True that… credit to you for bringing this concept into our cocktail repertoire!
